Our expert and friendly team guides you through classical and reformer Pilates, tailored for every level and age. Perfect for energy, mobility and post-workout recovery. Group classes include mat Pilates, circuit training, stretching and prenatal classes. Individual and semi-individual reformer sessions are available also by appointment.
