PassSport is an app designed for employees of partner companies. The employer provides access, and employees receive a user account that unlocks entry to over 600 sports and wellness facilities across Croatia, Slovenia, and Serbia. Each day, users can go to one activity of their choice – gym, yoga, swimming, sauna, climbing, and more.

The PassSport app gives you access to over 600 sports and wellness facilities across Slovenia, Croatia, and Serbia – along with a simple, clear way to manage your membership and activities. Inside the app, you can:

- search and filter locations based on your position, city, country, or type of activity

- check opening hours, photos, and details of what’s included in your PassSport plan

- explore the entire network on an interactive map

- access your unique QR code for entry

- track your visit history and usage

- view available benefits like store discounts and free extra services

- manage your profile and membership (pause, upgrade to Premium, etc.)

- invite a friend or family member to join

Once the agreement is confirmed, we’ll launch a short onboarding process so you can assign user access to your employees. They’ll be able to start using the PassSport app immediately after activation, with access to over 600 sports and wellness locations.

If the company supports this option, employees can independently add family members or friends through the app. They simply use the “Invite a Friend” feature in the app and share the link with the person they want to invite. The invited person creates their own account and activates a separate membership. Note: access is linked to the new user’s personal details, so it’s treated as an independent and individual membership.

No. Your PassSport license is personal and tied to a single mobile device. The app cannot be used on multiple devices at the same time, nor can it be shared with others. Access is limited to one visit per day, and the QR code is unique and linked to your current GPS location. Each user must have their own account and an active membership. Sharing access violates our terms of use and may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

The specification is automatically sent on the 1st of each month to the email addresses of the partner company’s administrators. An invoice is issued monthly and delivered via the e-Računi system. If the employer covers the full or partial cost of the membership, appropriate taxable benefits are applied to that amount, in accordance with local tax regulations. If the employee fully covers the cost themselves, the amount (including VAT) is deducted from their salary, with no additional cost to the company.
