StretchWell, founded in 2020, is the first stretching center in the region that combines assisted stretching, mobility, and mindfulness into a unique approach to the body. We believe that health is not just the absence of pain, but a state in which you feel free, strong, and present in your own body. Our idea was born out of the need to provide people with a way to regain natural ease of movement and to free themselves from the consequences of modern lifestyle. Through professionally guided programs, we combine stretching, breathing, and mindful movement techniques to help the body restore balance, energy, and strength. We believe that health is not just the absence of pain, but a state in which you feel free, strong, and present in your own body. Payment can be made at the facility's counter according to the official price list. The treatment lasts 20 minutes. Prior appointment is required.
